Chilli Feta Pita Slices
Chilli feta spread is great served with our new pita chips, or even spread onto bruschetta or pita bread.
Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Pita Bread
Cherry Tomatoes
Mezé chilli feta spread
Micro herbs
Pepper
Directions:
1. Apply olive oil with a basting brush to both sides of the pita bread
2. Place in a hot pan – check the bottom side of the pita and flip over – watch as the pita rises
3. Remove from the pan and cut into 4 pieces
4. Apply the Mezé chilli feta spread
5. Slice up the cherry tomatoes and place on top of the Mezé chilli feta spread
6. Apply a garnish of micro herbs
7. Drizzle olive oil on top of the four slices
8. Grind a desired amount of pepper
9. Enjoy
Spinach Feta Easy Fill
Ingredients
Mezé Easy Fill Pita Pocket
Mezé Mozzarella
Mezé Feta
Baby Spinach
Olive Oil
Dried Origanum
Salt
Directions:
- Preheat the sandwich press
- Place grated Mezé Mozzarella inside the easy fill pita pocket
- Add the desired amount of baby spinach
- Place Mezé Feta on top of the baby spinach
- Add another layer of Mezé Mozzarella
- Repeat the process on the other easy fill pita pocket
- Brush the top side of the Mezé easy fill pita pocket with olive oil
- Sprinkle your desired amount of salt and origanum on top of the Mezé easy fill pita pocket
- Place in the warmed sandwich press – cook until the cheese is melted and the pita is golden brown
- Serve and enjoy the super cheesy pita pockets
Oval Grilled Veggie Haloumi Pita
Ingredients
Oval Pita Pocket
Mezé Houmous Dip
Mezé Haloumi Cheese Fingers
Roasted Zucchini
Roasted Butternut
Roasted Peppers
Lemon
Directions:
- Cut grilled Mezé haloumi cheese fingers
- Toast pita and cut in half once done toasting
- Apply Mezé houmous dip to the inside of the pita
- Fill the pita with roasted zucchini slices, roasted butternut, Mezé haloumi cheese finger slices and roasted pepper
- Squeeze the desired amount of lemon juice
- Repeat
