Bocconcini Skewers
Ingredients
- 15 Cherry Tomatoes
- 150g Mezé Bocconcini tub
- 15 fresh Basil leaves
- 60ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 30ml Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper
- 15 Toothpicks or Mini Skewers
Preparing the spices

Drain the bocconcini. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil.

Take a toothpick or skewer and pierce one Bocconcini, then one piece of basil and one cherry tomato.

Present on a platter, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
