    • Mezé Braailoumi Cheese comes in three flavours, Plain, Chilli, Mint, Lemon & Cajun.

    Grilled Mezé Braailoumi Cheese:

    Pre-heat your indoor or outdoor grill until hot. Brush the grill with olive oil or cooking oil.

    Using tongs carefully place the Braailoumi onto the hot grill and cook until golden brown on each side. Braailoumi is best eaten warm and served with a dash of fresh lemon juice.

    Fried Mezé Braailoumi Cheese:

    Heat the pan with olive oil or cooking oil to 190°C.
