Ingredients
Preparing the spices
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Place the olive oil, sliced garlic and rosemary sprig into a small bowl.
Slice the French bread into 1cm thick slices and place onto a baking tray. Using a basting brush, gently brush each slice of bread with the olive oil mixture.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool a little before serving.
Apply a generous amount of Mezé Chilli Feta to each slice of bruschetta.
Chop some fresh tomato, season with salt and pepper.
Add about a teaspoon of tomato onto each slice of bruschetta and then drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle over with a few micro herbs.
