    Ingredients

    • 6 Mezé Giro, toasted
    • 1/2 Onion, coarsely chopped
    • 2 Garlic Cloves, coarsely chopped
    • 50ml Olive Oil, plus extra for drizzling
    • 60ml Pomegranate Juice
    • 1 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
    • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
    • 1 kg Boneless Lamb Leg, trimmed, cut into 2cm
    • 1 Red Pepper, cut into squares
    • 1/2 cup Mint
    • 1 cup Mezé Tzatziki

    Preparing the spices

    1

Add the Pomegranate juice, garlic, chilli and ground cumin to a bowl, season to taste with salt and mix.

    2

Combine with lamb, stir to coat well and refrigerate to marinate (overnight). Preheat a barbecue or char-grill pan to high heat.

    3

Thread lamb piece and the pepper and onion onto metal skewers (leave a little space in between so the lamb can cook) and grill, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your liking (3-4 minutes for medium).

    4

Heat Mezé Giro in a non-stick frying pan, constantly turning to ensure it does not burn, or in a griller.

    5

Brush the toasted Giro with Tzatziki, then place a lamb skewer on, carefully remove the skewer.

    6

Season with salt, scatter with mint leaves and then roll the Giro around the lamb. Serve with extra Tzatziki on the side. Fold the wrap as you prefer and enjoy.
